The Mayor is elected to a full year term by the citizens. 

President of Council -  Larry Jebsen (12/31/2009)

Appointed for a 1 year term by the members of Council.  In the event of the Mayor's absence, the President of Council is assumes the Mayor's responsibilities.

Members of Council are elected to a staggered 4 year term.  The Council is the Legislative body of the Village is is responsible for the passage of Ordinances and Resolutions, Budgeting and employee appointments.

Administrator - James Marconet

The Administrator handles day to day operations of the Village in conjunction with the Department Heads.  The Administrator also serves as the Street Commissioner and Zoning Inspector.  The Administrator positions is an appointed position.

Fiscal Officer - Melissa Miracle 

The Fiscal Officer serves the same purpose as a Clerk/ Treasurer and is responsible for maintaining records of all Council meetings, Village Documents, Human Resources, Payroll and Investments.  The Fiscal Officer position is an appointed position.

Solicitor - Kevin McDonough 

The Village Solicitor is the Chief legal counsel for the Village.  The Solicitor also serves as Prosecutor in the Mayor's Court.  The Solicitor position is appointed by the Council.

Clerk of Courts - Kathy Freel 

The Clerk of Courts is responsible for all aspects of the Mayor's Court, including case entering, BMV reporting, Council reports and Supreme Court Reports.  The Clerk of Courts is an appointed position and also serves as the Village Police Clerk.
