The Village of Maineville established its own Zoning on March 6, 1980 by adopting what was then the Village of Morrow Zoning Code.  The code was last significantly changed in 2000.  This change brought the Village code more in line with neighboring Hamilton Township.  The code however, continues to evolve and will undergo additional changes once the Comprehensive Plan is completed.
